I bought tennis balls or rented a tennis court?
[Mike] We have to buys balls back at our club in Camarillo. We did that a couple of weeks ago. We paid to rent a court in Miami last year. We knew the owner of the club, but he wasn’t there. The person at the desk couldn’t believe that we knew him and she charged us $100.  We said, ‘We’re the Bryan Bros.’ and she was like ‘I don’t care.’ (laughing).

I queued for tickets?
[Bob] I queued for Jersey Boys in London. There was a big line outside the box office. But the wait was probably only 15 minutes.

Q. When someone's hot like González was tonight, is there anything you can take out of the match?

TOMMY HAAS: That's a good question. I mean, you know, I'm obviously trying to think what I could have done differently after the match like this. But, you know, it's really hard.

Q. You've now won all three matches against Nalbandian. Why do you think you have the advantage over him?

TOMMY HAAS: Good question. I think my game probably matches up pretty well against his. Each time we've played, it's actually been close matches, but I seem to maybe use my chances a little bit better.

Sadness for Clijsters
by Luke Buttigieg
Sunday, 14 January, 2007

Belgian Kim Clijsters admits it is with a touch of sadness that she goes about her business at Australian Open 2007, knowing it is her last visit to Melbourne Park as a player.

The 23-year-old is to marry American basketball player Brian Lynch later this year and will retire at the end of the season in order to start a family, so the 2004 finalist is preparing for her final campaign knowing that her emotions will play a big role.

"It's very special," Clijsters said on Sunday. "I think you appreciate it so much more. Not just the support, but all the details I think just around, just from travelling, going to these beautiful places, like being here in Melbourne, like being in Sydney last week."
